Services

Services

Six lines of work. Most engagements combine two or three of them, because a corporate structure and the software that runs on top of it are rarely separable problems.

Tax and corporate structure

Estonia and the EU

Advice on how to hold and invoice your activity: whether an Estonian OÜ actually fits your case, how the distributed-profit model changes your cash position, what obligations follow you home, and what the structure costs to keep alive each year.

  • Assessment of whether an EU structure suits your situation — including when it does not
  • Incorporation, registry filings and accounting handover coordination
  • Invoicing, VAT registration thresholds and intra-community operations
  • Annual obligations calendar so nothing arrives as a surprise

International outsourcing and BPO

Serving clients in markets where you have no office

We take over defined business processes and run them remotely — the model we use ourselves to serve clients in the United States and across Europe without a local establishment in either.

  • Back-office: quoting, administration, documentation, supplier follow-up
  • Commercial support and structured outreach in four languages
  • Written procedures so the process survives a change of person
  • Service levels and reporting agreed before we start, not after

Software, web and SaaS development

From landing page to production platform

We design and build the product itself: multilingual sites, booking and payment flows, internal tools, and full platforms with their own database, authentication and admin panel.

  • Corporate and multilingual sites with real SEO groundwork
  • Booking, checkout and payment integration (Stripe and similar)
  • Platforms on Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, Supabase or classic PHP stacks
  • Mobile apps in React Native when the product needs a store presence

B2B consulting and process optimisation

Registered activity 70201

The classic consulting brief: look at how the business runs, find where the time and money leak, and change it. Usually this ends in a mix of a redesigned process and a small piece of software that enforces it.

  • Process mapping and cost-per-operation analysis
  • Tooling review — what to keep, what to cancel, what to replace
  • Technology selection with the migration cost stated up front
  • Documentation and training so the change survives handover

Structures for freelancers and digital nomads

One entity, several projects

If you bill international clients across several brands or projects, a single European entity is usually simpler and cheaper than a company per idea. We set that up and keep it running — the way we run Pr3cise and Journi under one roof.

  • A single entity holding several brands, domains and product lines
  • Invoicing to clients in the EU, the US and elsewhere
  • Separation of personal and business flows, done properly
  • A realistic view of your obligations in your country of residence

Automation, data and integrations

Removing the manual step

The work nobody enjoys: quotes retyped into a spreadsheet, orders copied between two systems, reports assembled by hand every Monday. We connect the systems and delete the step.

  • Integrations between existing tools, CRMs and payment providers
  • Internal dashboards over the data you already hold
  • Scheduled processes, alerts and automated reporting
  • Scripted data migrations and clean-ups

What we do not do

A short list, published on purpose. It is faster for both sides than finding out in week three.

Construction and civil works

We do budgeting and technical estimation through Pr3cise, remotely. We are not a builder: no site teams, no machinery, no execution of works.

Manufacturing, industry and logistics

We hold no production facilities, stock or warehousing, and we do not handle physical goods.

Banking, regulated fintech and insurance

We do not take deposits, issue e-money, hold client funds or mediate insurance. Those require licences we do not hold and do not claim.

Crypto investment and asset management

We do not manage portfolios, execute trades, custody keys or assets, and we never tell anyone what to buy or when — those are regulated activities under MiCA and we hold no authorisation for them. We do advise on everything around it: corporate structure, accounting treatment, reporting obligations and the software.

Local physical retail

We do not run shops or points of sale. Everything we deliver is remote.

Regulated legal and audit representation

We advise on business matters. Legal representation, statutory audit and licensed tax representation are referred to professionals who hold those credentials.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the situation in a few lines. We will tell you which service applies, roughly what it costs, and whether it is worth doing at all.
