Why Estonia

Estonia gives a small firm something that is otherwise expensive: a transparent, fully digital corporate framework inside the European Union. Filings, signatures and banking are done online, which means our overhead stays low and our clients pay for work rather than for administration.

That structure is also the reason we can serve clients in markets where we have no physical presence. A company in Madrid, an agency in Tallinn and a contractor in Miami are all handled from the same entity, under the same European rules, with invoicing that their accountants recognise.

How we actually work

We are a small senior team. There is no junior layer that learns on your project and no account manager between you and the person doing the work. When you send an email, it is read by someone who can answer it.

Everything is remote and asynchronous by default. We write things down: every engagement produces documents you keep — diagnoses, architectures, procedures, source code — so that if you stop working with us tomorrow, nothing walks out of the door with us.

What we will tell you before you ask

We are a business consultancy, registered under activity code 70201. We are not a law firm, a licensed tax representative, an audit firm or a regulated financial institution. Where a matter requires one of those, we say so and coordinate with a licensed professional rather than improvising.

We also turn work down. If a project needs an on-site team, a warehouse, or a licence we do not hold, the honest answer is no — and you get it in the first call, not after three weeks of billing.
